D'Lashes Return Policy

All Sales are Final!


You may return unused items, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a exchanged only. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Charges may apply.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns: (Has to take place with-in the (1 Day) next day of your initial order)

After a refund has been processed from our end, it can take up to 10 business day to reflect your return with your issuing bank. After this period if you have still not received your refund please let us know.

All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the sanitary and hygienic nature of our products, all sales of strip lashes, makeup, and cosmetics are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened lash products or cosmetics. This policy helps us ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all clients.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge, agree to, and understand our no-return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@dlashes.com with the following:

 Your full name and order number

 Photos of the item and packaging

 A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
